Background
SkyTreak Aviation’s business idea can be traced back to the managing partner and co-founder’s early years in aviation as a flight instructor. During this time, he envisioned what an ideal, customer-centric flight school should look like. After more than 25 years working in various organizations as a flight instructor and pilot and holding leadership positions, the journey highlighted the importance of prioritizing customer satisfaction to achieve financial success. While pursuing an MBA in Aviation from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, the intrinsic link between a business’s prosperity and its commitment to customer care became evident. After years of contemplation, the idea materialized into the company’s incorporation in 2023.
